Following further restrictions imposed by HM Government, whilst we are continuing to operate Floral Mechanics will to meet new imposed standards be limiting our despatch schedules and delivery of stock requirements for the health and safety of our suppliers and their staff.

Please be assured that orders will be processed in strict order of receipt, however where limitations apply as described above if it is necessary we will update you, our valued customer as quickly as possible of any delay to your order.

Our international carriers Parcelforce Worldwide report:

All countries across Europe are now under a suspension of service guarantee of all delivery schedules.

All countries globally are now under a suspension of service guarantee of all delivery schedules.

Most of Parcelforce Worldwide global partners have adjusted their capturing of Proof of Delivery (POD) information at the doorstep / location in respect of COVID-19 rules. It is therefore expected that a new process involving hand over of deliveries whilst maintaining the 2 metres safe distance and manual recording of name or ID or special number is in place across the continent currently.

Floral Mechanics report: Delays of deliveries to all international destinations may also be expected due to reduced capacity of air cargo.

Following the latest instructions by HM Government to be introduced on Thursday 5th November 2020 across England we wish to advise our customers as follows.

Currently we are continuing to meet our standard despatch schedules which is supported by the reliable delivery services of Royal Mail and Parcelforce. However, whilst we expect to fulfil orders from our existing stocks should this not be possible and we experience a delay to replenish items beyond our usual despatch time please be assured that we will inform you as quickly as possible. Similarly, our delivery services advise us that they have revised their processing and how the final hand-over of deliveries could also potentially delay the delivery of your order.
